3. National Contraband:

4. Certification mark for goods: like UL, FCC, FDA, DOT, HDMI, ETL, CSA, CUL, CE.
If goods have not been certificated by the applicable agency, related certification can’t be marked on the product or package.
5.Affirm to offer following item before delivery confirmation:
All necessary element includes:
1.Cargo Picture for export goods(taken photo from positive and negative printing part), picture of all printing package box of goods, picture of package of the inner box and shipping marks shown on the inner package, picture of shipping mark shown on the outside package;
2 Weight and declared name of goods, number must be strictly consistent with actual goods to be exported, otherwise the client and owner will bear all the consequences arising accordingly.
3.Fumigation certification is requested for all wooden product or wooden package exporting the countries or regions covering Europe, India, philippic, Indonesia, Turkey, America, Canada, Australia, Israel.
The customer shouldn’t forget to obey the above requirement and regulations.
Otherwise all related lost cost, delay compensation and the resulting legal consequences will be handled by the responsible person or company.

For all goods marked with national security from China or other countries, electromagnetic compatibility, environment, energy efficiency, intellectual property rights,such as the industry standard certification mark,
must take the initiative to apply for relevant institutions under the relevant certificate to the products, then package and other certification could be marked on a related package.
6.At present, Shenzhen Customer are strictly against violations of U.S safety certification marked “UL”and “RU” Trademark Act.
(“UL”, ”RU”trademark belongs to the American UL Safety Experiment, and the United States UL Safety Experiment applys for the protection of intellectual property rights for Chinese customs.)
Shipper(general trade declaration unit for operation) must be approved by the United Stateds UL security laboratory, then arrange production or delivery with “UL”.”RU”trademark. otherwise it is a tort or illegal act.
At present, Shenzhen customs investigation with goods or packages with “UL”and “RU”trademark. For goods with brand, without authorized by the United Stateds UL security laboratory, will be confiscated by the Shenzhen Customs who may collect fines to the shipper directly.
Under such kind of condition, must make sure that shipper has already been legally authorized as the trade right holders before cargo delivery to oversea.
Otherwise, all related cost generated from reason for cargo not authorized will be borne by the shipper itself.
