On the Amazon Summary page, you can review your shipment contents, track your shipments, and their receiving status at the Amazon FBA fulfillment center. If there are problems with your shipment, you will be notified on the Summary page and in the Shipping Queue.

 

The Summary page consists of three tabs:

  1. Track shipment provides tracking information about your shipment.

For small parcels, you can track your shipment by box number, tracking ID, and carrier status.

 

  1. Shipment content is a list of products included in your shipment, including the number of items included in your shipping plan and, after the shipment arrives at the FBA fulfillment center, the number of items received.

 

  1. Reconcile identifies discrepancies between what was listed in the shipment and what is received at the FBA fulfillment center.

 

If you did not use an Amazon-partnered carrier, on the Track shipment tab, enter your tracking information so that Amazon can provide you with accurate shipment tracking information.

  1. For small parcel delivery, enter the tracking ID.

This information will enable Amazon to provide you with accurate shipment statuses and visibility in the Shipping Queue.

 

The View Summary page is your primary destination for monitoring your shipments. In addition to reviewing your products and quantities, you can track your shipments (if applicable), and watch the progress of your products as they are received at the Amazon FBA fulfillment center. If there are problems with your shipment, you will be notified on the View Summary page and in the Shipping Queue.

 

After the shipment arrives at the FBA fulfillment center, if there are discrepancies between what was listed in the shipment and what is received, you can use the Shipment Reconciliation Tool to submit a research request in order to locate the missing items.
