Creating Listings on Amazon
last page:
In the face of an increasingly fierce competition pattern, Amazon's policy changes again as promised, set off the industry storm clouds. Following the FBA Inbound Placement Service Fee that came into effect not long ago, recently, the new Amazon coupon rule has also officially landed.
Beginning June 1, 2024, Amazon will charge a return processing fee for high return rate products in all categories (except Apparel and Shoes & Boots). The fee will only apply to products with a return rate that exceeds a specific threshold for each category.
According to Amazon's announcement, effective April 1, 2024, Amazon will charge a Low Inventory Level Fee for standard-sized items with inventory levels that are consistently lower than buyer demand (where inventory levels remain too low compared to sales over time).
For items purchased on or after March 25, 2024, Amazon will shorten the return period for customers in the following categories from 30 to 14 days, starting on the day the product is delivered: Camera, Electronics, Office Supplies, Computers, Wireless, Video Games, Music, and Video/DVD. Amazon devices and Amazon Renewed products are excluded. To provide customers with a consistent shopping experience, this change applies to all categories sold on Amazon, regardless of shipping channel. The new return period will be automatically displayed on the product detail page To ensure a smooth transition for customers, between March 25, 2024, and April 25, 2024, they can continue to request a return via the online return center with a return period of 30 days. As before, these return requests must be approved and reimbursed by Amazon's Returns and Refunds Policy. As of April 25, 2024, customers will no longer be able to request a return 14 days after the date of delivery.
